Why does a new color guest complete a consultation first?

The consultation collects the hair history, goals, and photos needed to identify the appropriate next step before an appointment is chosen.

What should I include in my consultation?

Provide your contact information, current color, recent color history, your goal, and clear photos of your current hair. You can also add an inspiration photo.

Do I need an inspiration photo?

No. An inspiration photo is optional, but it can help communicate the direction you are considering.

Is the online consultation the same as an appointment?

No. Submitting the consultation does not by itself create an appointment in Square.

How long does the consultation form take?

The form is designed to be completed in a few minutes when your current-hair and inspiration photos are ready.

Where are uploaded consultation photos stored?

Photos submitted through the consultation form are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage used by the website backend.

Where can I see live appointment availability?

Kelly’s live availability is managed in Square. Returning clients can choose all available services, including Dry Haircut, directly in Square.
