Information submitted through the site

The New Guest consultation may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred reply method, hair color history, hair goals, maintenance preferences, timing preferences, and optional current-hair or inspiration photos. Studio-assistant photo upload is currently disabled.

Why it is collected

The information is collected to support your consultation request, understand the service you may need, and help Gulf Coast Coloring respond to your inquiry. Sending a consultation request does not create an appointment.

Photo storage and review

Consultation photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage. The website does not expose a public directory, public object URL, or storage key. When intake is enabled, Kelly will review submissions through an identity-protected dashboard. Notification email will contain only a reference, time, and protected dashboard link—not client details or photos.

Automated image analysis

Automated photo analysis is not currently enabled. If an AI image-analysis feature is activated later, this privacy notice and the consultation consent will be updated before submitted photos are sent to that service.

Website infrastructure and abuse prevention

The site is delivered and protected through Cloudflare, including a bot check before form submission. Basic technical request information such as browser and network-level service logs may be processed as part of operating and securing the website.

Retention and deletion

Online consultation submission remains disabled until Gulf Coast Coloring approves a specific retention period. Once enabled, each submission will receive an automatic deletion date and a daily cleanup job will remove the consultation record and its photos after that period. To request earlier deletion, contact Gulf Coast Coloring using the email or phone number above.

External services

Returning-client booking is handled by Square. Instagram, Google Maps, and Square have their own privacy practices when you follow a link to those services.
